Marbella has been my home ground for more than twenty years. Long before the Costa del Sol became one of Europe’s great wedding destinations, I was photographing celebrations in its palace hotels, private villas and beach clubs — learning the light of this coastline the way you can only learn a place you live in.

My work is fine art and film photography: quiet, elegant, editorial. No forced poses, no interruptions — a wedding photographed the way the world’s best magazines would tell it, with the Mediterranean light doing what it does best.

Where I work on the Costa del Sol

Over two decades I have photographed weddings at Villa Padierna Palace, the Castillo de Santa Catalina in Málaga, private estates in the hills above Marbella and intimate elopements with nothing but a couple, an officiant and the sea. Whether you are planning three hundred guests at a palace hotel or a ceremony for two at sunset, the approach is the same: honest photographs, beautifully made.

Most couples marrying in Marbella fly their photographer in. Mine is the opposite story: featured in leading international wedding publications, with weddings photographed across Europe and beyond — and based right here. That means scouting your venue before the day, no travel fees for the Costa del Sol, and a photographer who knows exactly where the light falls at seven in the evening in June.
